Busch Pressman Model  C   2 x3
Here is my Busch Pressman Model C   2 1/4 x 3 1/4. My favorite camera and the one used for most of the photos on my pages.

It has a 101mm Ektar in a Syncro Rapid 800 shutter.
,
With it, I have a Hugo Meyer RangeFinder, 12 double  sheet film holders, two 6 sheet Grafmatic film holders, 2 120 roll film holders, and assorted filters and hoods. It is really a great camera!,
These are old Bush ads available on EBAY
I think they are 1946 and 1947 ads
.
This is the Kodak data sheet on the Ektar lenses. By some accounts the 101mm Ektar is the best medium format lens ever made.  I don't know about that, but it sure takes great pictures.
The pressman was the best press camera in the world until the Super Speed  Graphic came out in the 50's. I don't think they ever got a real hold on the market since they were considerably more expensive than the well established Graflex Speed Graphic and the cheap plastic bodied pacemaker. People just didn't want to spend money on high qualilty, Then the Super came out with a few more features, I think. Anyway, there are a few of these great cameras out there in 2x3 and 4x5. Because they were never really recognized, they are available for low prices. They really are great cameras and fairly rare.
here is my very unique 2x3 plate holder, for glass plates, tintype, or paper negative plates, or film. in fact, you can put anything into it. very cool .
